Frequently Asked Questions
From how many players can you book?
Our puzzles are designed for teams of 2 to 6 players. Groups of 7 players are also accepted.
If you are a larger group, you can book multiple rooms and play with up to 49 participants simultaneously at Taktic and up to 21 at Cinévasion.
For any special event (corporate seminar, birthday, bachelor or bachelorette party, etc.), please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or via our booking request form.
Are the puzzles available in other languages?
Yes, we offer puzzles in English.
From what age can you go to an escape room?
From age 8, it is possible to take part in one of our adventures when accompanied by an adult.
From age 15, you can visit without an accompanying adult.
How long does a game last?
Please allow approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes on site:
- 15-minute briefing to explain the rules and the mission.
- 1 hour to solve the puzzle.
- 5-minute debrief with a souvenir photo.
Can your escape rooms accommodate people with reduced mobility?
Our reception area is accessible to everyone, including people with reduced mobility. Our escape rooms The Sultan’s Jewel and The Pirate Queen’s Curse are also accessible to players with reduced mobility. Please contact us in advance so we can best prepare for your visit.
What happens in case of delay?
If you arrive late, it will inevitably reduce your playing time.
Therefore, this delay will be deducted from the 60 minutes allotted.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your booking will be considered void.
Can a booking be modified?
It is possible to modify your booking up to 5 days in advance.
We can change the date of your booking and add additional players (who can pay on site directly, subject to availability).
Absent players or groups that do not show up will not be eligible for a refund.
