Frequently Asked Questions
From how many players can you book?
Our puzzles are designed for teams of 2 to 6 players. Groups of 7 players are allowed.
If you are a larger group, you can book multiple rooms and play with up to 49 participants at the same time at Taktic and 21 at Cinevasion.
For any special event (corporate seminar, birthday, bachelor or bachelorette party, etc.), feel free to contact us by phone or via our booking request form.
Are the games available in other languages?
Yes, we offer our escape games in English.
From what age can you play an escape game?
From the age of 8, it is possible to take part in one of our adventures when accompanied by an adult.
From 15 years old, you can play without an accompanying adult.
How long does a game last?
You should plan for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes on site:
- 15 minutes of briefing to explain the rules and mission
- 1 hour to solve the escape game
- 5 minutes of debriefing with a souvenir photo
Can your escape rooms accommodate people with reduced mobility?
Our reception area is accessible to everyone, including people with reduced mobility. Our escape rooms “The Sultan’s Jewel” and “The Pirate Queen’s Curse” can be played by players with reduced mobility. Please contact us in advance so we can best prepare your visit.
What happens if you are late?
If you arrive late, it will directly reduce your playing time.
The delay will be deducted from your 60-minute game time.
Beyond 15 minutes of delay, your booking will be considered cancelled.
Can a booking be modified?
It is possible to modify your booking up to 5 days in advance.
We can change the date of your reservation and add extra players (who can pay directly on site, subject to availability).
Players who are absent or groups that do not show up cannot be refunded.
